You're nice, you're thoughtful, you're caring, you're smart;
You smile, you laugh, and cheer with your heart.
You're innocent, pure, happy and free,
I'm never alone, cause you're always here.
Though it's only been years, it feels like a lifetime.
I know I'm annoying, but i need this to rhyme.
This friendship we have is constant, eternal;
Through all of my pain, you have been central
To helping me save and helping me find
To be my guide whilst i was blind.

A lady with heart that's pure and free,
Your mind is clear, your soul is clean.
With love eternal; fire and depth,
Through friendships tried, and friendship tests,
You are the light, in the dark;
You bring some joy; and leave a mark.
You are my friend, though i may lie,
Know that in truth, I'm at your side.
